The affidavit reported that the babe suffered "at slightest 1 heavy stab coiled successful the abdomen," and the parent suffered "lacerations to fingers connected her close hand."

She told authorities that she believed Phillips "was having a psychotic episode, but was besides known to maltreatment drugs," the affidavit noted.

Phillips said "this was each portion of God's plan" and "I did it God, I did it," according to the affidavit.

The Coatsville Police Department indicated past week that the babe was "in the ICU astatine the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and is listed successful captious but unchangeable condition." The child's existent information was unclear arsenic of Monday.
