This comforting stew of chickenhearted and shiitakes braised with soy condiment and citrus foodstuff results successful an umami-rich weeknight repast that tastes arsenic if it’s been simmering for hours.   • Sliced scallions, for serving
  • Steamed broccoli, for serving (optional)
  • Cooked achromatic rice, for serving
