Dear Carolyn: Growing up, my member and I were often subjected to corporal punishment, similar slapping and spanking. I’ve been resentful and person struggled with intrusive convulsive thoughts from a young property that my therapist says stem from my early-childhood vulnerability to aggression. This came up during a caller speech with my mom. She unopen maine down and said she ne'er deed us. She has downplayed it before, but not that explicitly. My dada besides denied ever hitting us. I mentioned a clip erstwhile helium slapped maine and my member for denting the car with our baseball. My dada denied it. After my member confirmed the story, my dada apologized “if that happened” but continued to accidental helium didn’t retrieve it.
