US warns Americans to leave Venezuela immediately as armed militias set up roadblocks

The U.S. authorities issued a caller information alert Saturday urging Americans successful Venezuela to permission the state immediately, citing information concerns and the U.S. government’s inability to supply exigency assistance, according to the U.S. Embassy Caracas.

"U.S. citizens successful Venezuela should permission the state immediately," the embassy said successful a Jan. 10 information alert.

The informing cited reports of equipped groups operating connected Venezuelan roads. 

"There are reports of groups of equipped militias, known arsenic ‘colectivos,’ mounting up roadblocks and searching vehicles for grounds of U.S. citizenship oregon enactment for the United States," the U.S. Embassy Caracas said.
